    Your Questions, Answered

    Is my letter kept private?

Absolutely. Every letter and document you share is handled with care and kept completely confidential. Your files are only used for translation purposes and never shared without your permission.

    What languages do you translate?

We currently offer translation between English, Chinese (Simplified or Traditional, Cantonese or Mandarin context), and Vietnamese. You can also request bilingual side-by-side layouts for easier reading.

Can you translate handwritten letters or old documents?

Yes — as long as the handwriting is clear and legible. You can upload a scan or photo through the form, and we’ll let you know if anything is unclear before beginning.

How do I receive my finished translation?

You’ll receive a digital copy (PDF and Google Doc) of your translated letter via email.
